Multi-member organizations
Create an organization, invite members by username or email with roles (owner, admin, staff) and manage several events in one place. Personal mode stays unchanged: the organization is an optional layer for those who need it.
Reusable volunteer pool
Build a list of volunteers attached to your organization, reusable from one event to the next. Import them into an event's team in one tap, assign them checkpoints and follow their validations live.
Posts & shifts
Create posts (aid station, parking, start...) with a time window and a capacity, then assign your volunteers. Everyone knows where and when they're expected.
Live runner tracking
Spectators and organizers follow runners' positions in real time on the map during the event. Position sharing is opt-in and privacy-friendly: each runner enables it explicitly, only for the event, with no position storage.
Flexible registration
Three modes per event: free (in-app registration), external link (registration and payment happen on your ticketing platform, Rootka keeps code-based access), or built-in payment. You always join an event with a 6-character code or a link.
Real-time dashboard
During an event, track live the number of active runners, checkpoint progression, abandonments and elapsed time. Visualize runner positions on the map in real time.
